Meet Sherisse
Sherisse has a heart for animals. When working as veterinary assistant at the MacKay`s Animal Hospital in Burlington, her love and respect for animals grew as she learned about animal health care. As she began volunteering at Animal Aid, Sherisse learned how to care for animals that needed extra love and a gentle touch. She even adopted many of these pets herself, including a Great Pyrenees and several cats. Since 2005, Sherisse has worked as a groomer pampering dogs with her gentle touch.
Although she grooms all breeds, Sherisse’s specialty lies with the very large and extra hairy. Sherisse loves to be with animals and makes a special effort to get to know her grooming pets and develop relationships with them.
